OUR STORY

Brubender began as the cold brew production side of Kru Coffee in Saratoga Springs NY. Ryan Miller and Kyle Brock concieved the idea after multpile trials and prototypes. What began as Ryan’s idea to make a cold brew concentrate quickly grew into the best and fastest way to extract quality cold brew. Brubender products are now used in the Coffee, Beer, Spirit, Dairy and Food Industries. Ryan, Kyle, and Luke’s pursuit of the best never ends and Brubender continues to elevate the expecitations of what cold brew can be.

MEET THE KRU CREW

Ryan Miller

Ryan Miller began his coffee career in 2006. He began roasting soon after and has opened 6 cafes. Since 2015 Ryan has been developing cold brew extraction processes with the goal of achieving a complex and full bodied cold brew. Brubender Extraction Technology is the culmination of his work.

Kyle Brock
